[Dispatch=Reporter Jeong Tae-yun] DAY6's Young K is sharing a new story as a solo artist.

Young K will release his second studio album 'YOUNGEST' on the 27th. It is his new solo release in approximately two years and ten months. He raised anticipation by unveiling the album's concept film on the 7th.

The video began with the phrase 'THE YOUNGEST SHOW'. Young K continued with an interview that carried a somewhat tense and mysterious atmosphere. Multiple doors repeatedly opened and closed, creating a mysterious mood.

Young K encountered another version of himself and smiled faintly. At the end of the video, he hinted at the album's narrative with the message 'NOT GONNA LET ANYONE HURT ME ANYMOR'.

Young K debuted with DAY6 in 2015. He participated in the songwriting and composing of numerous hit songs including 'Congratulations', 'You Were Beautiful', and 'Better'.

Recently, he has been active across various entertainment programs, drama OSTs, and his personal YouTube channel. In September 2023, he returns as a solo musician after a long time since his first studio album 'Letters with Notes'.

Meanwhile, Young K will release 'YOUNGEST' on major music streaming sites at 6 p.m. on the 27th.
