[Dispatch=Lee Myung-ju] Lisenne received their first music broadcast number one trophy. It has been two years and four months since their debut.
On the 14th, Lisenne performed their new song "Pretty Girl" on SBS Life's THE SHOW, which aired live.
They were nominated for first place with this song. After competing with Nine and Beyond, they secured a total of 10,000 voting points and won the "THE SHOW Choice" award.
This is their first music broadcast number one trophy since debut. When the THE SHOW Choice award was decided, Lisenne covered their faces with both hands and shed tears.
Member Won-yi said, "I love Remain (official fanclub name) so much for making this moment possible for us. Thank you for always voting day and night and streaming for us."
She continued, "I hope the trophy shows those running toward their dreams that 'hard work is not in vain' and becomes a source of hope even in a small way."
Lisenne rose to become a viral icon this year. As Won-yi's YouTube content became a hot topic, "Love Attack," released two years ago, received renewed attention.
The song ranked first on Melon's "Top 100" and daily chart, as well as first on Bugs' real-time and daily charts, and first on Genie Music's "Top 200" real-time chart.
That momentum extended to their new song. "Pretty Girl" ranked first on Melon's "Hot 100," fourth on "Top 100," first on Bugs' real-time chart, and sixth on Flo's chart.
Meanwhile, Lisenne will continue their "Pretty Girl" promotions.
