NCT Wish to Release Japanese Single…Tops Oricon 'Daily Ranking'

[Dispatch=Lee Myung-ju Reporter] NCT Wish topped the Oricon chart simultaneously with their Japan comeback.

According to the latest Oricon count (as of the 17th), NCT Wish claimed the No. 1 spot on the "Daily Single Ranking" with their single "YO-I-DON! / BOY MEETS GIRL".

The single was released locally on the 15th. "YO-I-DON! / BOY MEETS GIRL" entered the "Daily Single Ranking" at No. 2 on its release day and has consistently ranked in the upper positions of the chart.

They raised public interest through a special collaboration stage. NCT Wish appeared on TBS's "Music Day 2026" on the 18th. They performed a collaboration with Japanese group TRF.

It was a performance with the original artist. "YO-I-DON! BOY MEETS GIRL" is a reinterpretation of the TRF hit song released in 1994. NCT Wish added their own color to it.

Meanwhile, NCT Wish will conduct new album release commemoration promotions in the Shibuya area of Tokyo until the 28th.
