The tvN new drama 'Embassy of the Otherworld in Korea' (screenplay by Shin Ha-eun, directed by Bae Hyunjin) announced the confirmed casting of Junho and Hong Hwa-yeon on the 23rd.

Embassy of the Otherworld in Korea is a secret diplomatic mission in a world where non-human beings from other realms are managed to coexist with humans without confusion.

The story depicts a human rookie diplomat who is mistakenly assigned to the Embassy of the Otherworld in Korea, which manages otherworldly citizens, and an ambassador whose true identity is a dragon.

It is an original work planned by writer Shin Ha-eun, who wrote 'Hometown's Embrace' and 'My Mother's Friend's Son'. It unfolds a unique worldview that adds the imaginative power of fantasy to a modern and public system called an embassy.

Director Bae Hyunjin, who co-directed 'Big Mouth' and 'Alchemy of Souls: Light and Shadow' and directed 'Hierarchy', came together in harmony. It will present an exciting sensibility fantasy.

Junho takes on the role of 'Cha Yeon', the head of the most mysterious embassy and a dragon. Cha Yeon is a water deity who commands water. With a temperament like water itself, gentle and serene, yet fierce and turbulent enough to move mountains.

Before this beautiful and solitary being who has not left this land for over a thousand years, one human who will not live even a century crash-lands. Cracks form in his monotonous daily life for the first time.

Hong Hwa-yeon was cast as 'Go Mi-u', a human rookie diplomat. Mi-u is a former Asian Games archery gold medalist who is assigned to the Embassy of the Otherworld in Korea, a place where humans cannot set foot. They are expected to show sparkling romantic chemistry.
