[Dispatch=Lee Myung-joo] KATSEYE has once again proven their popularity in North America. Their new track has achieved a career high on the global music charts.

KATSEYE released "Animal" on the 24th. The song climbed to No. 4 on Spotify's "Daily Top Songs USA" (as of the 24th) immediately after its release.

This is the highest ranking among songs they have released since their debut. It surpassed their existing hit tracks "Internet Girl" (No. 6) and "PINKY UP" (No. 10).

"Animal" also claimed No. 9 on "Daily Top Songs Global." The song was beloved in 47 countries and regions including the United Arab Emirates (No. 3), Canada (No. 7), and the United Kingdom (No. 15).

The music video is also popular. The video surpassed 10 million cumulative views on YouTube on its first day of release. It humorously depicted the life of a pop star.

Hollywood actress Demi Moore made a cameo appearance. American "People" magazine said, "A cinematic music video breathed life into the pop track."

KATSEYE debuted in the United States in 2024 under Hive's "multi-home, multi-genre" strategy. This year, they achieved a triple crown at the American Music Awards.

Meanwhile, KATSEYE will release their third EP "WILD" on the 14th of next month.
