[Dispatch=Lee Myung-ju Reporter] Actors Lee Min-jung and Kim Ji-seok become a married couple facing divorce crisis.
The KBS drama "Yes, Let's Get Divorced" (screenplay by Hwang Ji-yeon, directed by Ju Sung-woo) revealed its casting lineup on the 28th. Lee Min-jung, Kim Ji-seok, Hyunjin, and Lee Jin-yi appear in the drama.
"Yes, Let's Get Divorced" is based on a novel of the same name. It is the story of a married couple who are the CEOs of a wedding dress shop and have decided to put an end to their exhausted married life.
Lee Min-jung plays Baek Mi-young, the CEO of a wedding dress shop. She is a woman who lost her parents in an unexpected accident, married a man who made her laugh, but decided to get divorced.
Kim Ji-seok plays Mi-young's husband and designer Ji Won-ho. He fell in love with his wife at first sight and entered into marriage, but reality was different. He eventually receives divorce notification.
Hyunjin takes on the role of Calvin, Mi-young's ex-boyfriend. He is a character who shakes the couple. Lee Jin-yi plays Sun-hee Ahn, a photographer. Her heart is increasingly shaken by Won-ho.
Beyond this, Oh Yeon-a, Jung Eui-je, and Wang Bit-na lend their support. They appear respectively as Mi-young's lawyer and Won-ho's junior, and Mi-young's college classmate. They make the drama even more engaging.
The production team said, "The realistic couple chemistry that Lee Min-jung and Kim Ji-seok will show is the biggest point to watch," and urged, "Please watch together to see what choices the two will make."
Meanwhile, "Yes, Let's Get Divorced" will air its first broadcast at 11 p.m. on the 19th of next month.
