Red Velvet will hold fan concert "A Day in Red&Velvet" at Korea University Hwajung Gymnasium in Seoul from the 31st through August 2nd.

At this concert, they will premiere the new song "Surfin' Boy" stage for the first time. It is the first performance to be released ahead of their full-group comeback.

"Surfin' Boy" is the title track of the new mini album "Velvet Summer." The refreshing sound and cool yet dreamy vocal harmony stand out.

Joy wrote the lyrics solely. It captures memories of the hottest summer while also telling the story of creating new memories together with precious people.

The performance expresses languid summer sensibilities through interaction with dancers. The chorus incorporates the "Shaka" gesture, a traditional Hawaiian greeting.

Meanwhile, Red Velvet will release their new album on August 3rd.
