[Dispatch Go] "In the end, the essence of CORE is Won Ho"…Won Ho, the sweat at the M/V shoot
by. Minji Gu

Wonho's charm is

powerful

Charisma

But it doesn't end there.

He's considerate and

versatile.

Singer Wonho has made his comeback with a new song. On the 21st, he released a new album 'CORE'. It has grown deeper and more solid. And he showed his most authentic self.

He handled lyrics, composition, and production for all tracks. He interpreted the keyword 'essence' in his own way. He clearly demonstrated his abilities as both an artist and a producer.

The title track is 'Don't Wake Me Up'. It expresses the desire to forget reality for a moment and linger longer in a dream. Wonho's vocals flow smoothly over the intense beat.

The music video pushes forward with energy from beginning to end. Against a dark and rough background, he performed mega crew choreography with around 20 dancers. There's no moment for eyes and ears to rest.

'Dispatch' visited the music video shoot last June, which was intense.

The group dance scenes in the new music video were particularly striking, and we present those moments in detail.

Preparing for the shoot.

They carefully exchange opinions first.

Rehearsing, and rehearsing again.

Focus engaged

Flawless.

He even serves as a mood maker.

Monitoring intently

'Don't Wake Me Up' made an impression with its intense sound and addictive beat. Combined with Wonho's attractive tone and powerful choreography, it hit all the right notes.

"Don't wake me up!"

Through repeated takes, beads of sweat appear,

yet he keeps smiling.

When the song plays?

His body naturally responds.

Lyrics, composition, production - Wonho

"Everyone creates their own shell to hide wounds, and sometimes we live hiding our emotions. As we peel away that shell one layer at a time, we eventually face the real me. I wanted to talk about the process of finding that essence."

After Wonho's performance was revealed, admiration poured in over the sharp synchronization with the dancers.

For WIINEE, a 'bright version' was also prepared.

Simply standing overwhelms

Good things are shared in full.

The full choreography begins.

A great song needs performance to truly shine.

Intense delivery

Driving forward intensely.

Intense

And intensely pushing on.

"The stage is full and the energy is crazy" (netizen reactions)

The public recognized Wonho's efforts.

The melody sticks in your ears.

With Wonho's signature choreography added, you naturally hum along.

"Since we prepared this with multiple dancers, I hope you'll enjoy the scale and energy." (Wonho)

On set, Wonho closely communicated with 20 dancers. He showed his quirky charm by suggesting a group photo and climbing to a high place. Even when the dancers tried to stop him, it was no use.

Laughter didn't stop on set. They exchanged ideas with each other and sweated to create better group choreography. They pushed through with force from start to finish.

"Wonho is a really charming idol." (Staff)

More gifts for WIINEE await.

The cuteness of dancing in a field is also shared.

That's not all. There's also a one-minute music video that Wonho filmed himself with a self-camera. He's also planning to reveal items he recently purchased. (There's also a surprise story for WIINEE included.)

It will be released on the idol specialty channel 'MIIM' Instagram (@myidol_miim). Look forward to Wonho's content filled with affection!
