WM Entertainment announced on the 1st, "Mimi will debut as a solo artist," adding "her first solo single will be released on various music platforms on the 20th."

This marks the first time Mimi is releasing a solo single 11 years after debut. She began her entertainment career in 2015. She gained recognition as OH MY GIRL's main rapper.

Through this solo single, she presents her own color. Mimi directly participated in writing, composing, and producing the new album, showcasing her musical identity.

The agency stated, "Since Mimi has been loved as a well-rounded performer with diverse charms, we ask that you look forward to the new sides she will show through her solo activities."

Meanwhile, Mimi will release her first solo single at 6 p.m. on the 20th.
