WM Entertainment announced on the 1st, "Mimi will debut as a solo artist" and "her first solo single will be released on various music platforms on the 20th."

This marks the first time Mimi has released a solo single 11 years after debut. She began entertainment activities in 2015. She established her presence as OH MY GIRL's main rapper.

Through this solo single, she presents her own color. Mimi directly participated in songwriting, composition, and overall production of the new release, showcasing her musical identity.

The agency stated, "Since Mimi has been loved as a well-rounded artist with diverse charms, we ask that you also look forward to the new sides she will show through solo activities."
