[Dispatch=Lee Myung-joo] Pop singer Ariana Grande (33) is halting her activities.
U.S. outlet People released an exclusive interview with Grande's side on the 3rd (Korean time). It stated that "Grande will suspend her activities following the end of the 'Eternal Sunshine' tour."
This comes after health concerns, including eating disorder rumors, emerged. Grande made a comeback by releasing her new album 'Petal.' However, her noticeably slimmer appearance raised concerns.
In particular, when the music video for the title track was released, fans' attention intensified further. Her more gaunt face and physique compared to before sparked various rumors.
Grande has also decided to drop out of the musical 'Sunday in the Park with George' at London's West End.
The production is a revival performance opening at London's Barbican Centre next summer. Hollywood actor Jonathan Groff was slated to star opposite her.
Meanwhile, Grande has completed filming for the film 'Poker in Love.' It opens in North America this November.
