[Dispatch=Reporter Lee Myung-ju] Actors Choi Min-sik and Han So-hee display friendship that transcends hierarchy.

Distributor Warner Bros. Korea announced on the 4th, "The film 'The Intern' (Director Kim Do-young) has entered the Chuseok box office competition. It opens on September 16."

'The Intern' is a story that begins when a 37-year veteran intern joins the company of a young female CEO who has risen as a dark horse in the fashion industry in just three years since launch.

It is a remake of the eponymous Hollywood film. Choi Min-sik took on the role of veteran intern Ki-ho. Han So-hee played the role of Sunoo, a third-year rookie CEO.

Related posters have been unveiled. The two headed to work. The excitement of the first day and confident expressions sparked curiosity about office life.

A teaser trailer was also released. A scene of Ki-ho interviewing with Vice President Young-hwan (played by Kim Jun Han) appeared. He gave a witty answer to a question about strengths and weaknesses.

His adaptation to the new environment caught attention. While he is a veteran in social life, he must play the role of the youngest at his newly joined company.

Meanwhile, Sunoo was uncomfortable with Ki-ho, who was assigned as her direct subordinate. Upon seeing his resume photo, she said, "Who is this scary person?"

Their unpredictable chemistry sparked curiosity. Ki-ho gave a respectful self-introduction to Sunoo, who "gets along badly with all adults."

Meanwhile, 'The Intern' is scheduled to open in theaters on the 16th of next month.
