[Dispatch=Reporter Park Hye-jin] Actor Woobin Kim will visit viewers' homes through a growth sports drama. He takes on the role of a high school baseball team coach at the nation's last-place school, unfolding the narrative.

The tvN new drama 'Gift' (written by Min Jung, Hae Joo, and Seong Eun, directed by Kim Gyutae and Ham Seung-hun) announced Woobin Kim's casting on the 5th.

'Gift' depicts the story of a former professional baseball pitching coach who gains special abilities after an unexpected accident and takes on the position of high school baseball team coach at the nation's last-place school. It is based on a webtoon (by author Jung I-ri-i-ri).

Woobin Kim takes on the role of Jung Min-yong, a former professional baseball pitching coach. He is a character who gains a special ability to recognize people's baseball talent at a glance. After leaving the professional stage, he is appointed as a high school baseball team coach and transforms the team.

An official stated, "Woobin Kim will portray Jung Min-yong's growth and change with weighty presence in a three-dimensional manner" and added, "He will convincingly capture the transformation where he grows together with players while contemplating between talent and effort."

'Gift' is scheduled to air in the second half of this year.
