Aune has been placed in a difficult situation due to the unilateral decision of the fan voting platform.

F&F Entertainment issued an official statement on the 6th regarding the fan vote for selecting the original soundtrack (OST) singer for KBS-2TV weekend drama 'Love Comes.'

The 'Rematch' and 'JK Fandom' sides recently conducted the 'Love Comes-OST Match Point Idol Final' vote, which was a matter that did not undergo prior consultation.

The platform disclosed the fan voting results on the 27th of last month. They stated that "Aune won the final championship" and that "the 'Love Comes' OST will be released."

The problem was that the agency and artist were absent from this fan vote. In order to perform the drama OST, production schedules and contract terms must be negotiated.

These companies did not inform the agency of the candidate selection process either. The agency, upon learning of this, requested that the candidate be excluded, but this was reportedly not accepted.

Most significantly, fans suffered considerable damage. They spent money purchasing points and exercised their voting rights for their favorite artist. In essence, it is profiting from fan loyalty.

The platform also provided fans with incorrect information. When fans asked about the reason for Aune's failed participation in the drama OST, the platform blamed the agency and artist.

They cited busy schedules and the burden on members. Fans expressed disappointment, saying, "We invested substantial resources, time, and energy at the fandom level."

The agency stated, "We have not received any prior proposal or consultation regarding the related OST. There was no consultation regarding the voting either."

An official further emphasized, "We inform you that participation is impossible regardless of results in voting conducted without prior consultation that presupposes artist participation."

The broadcaster and OST production company are also in a difficult position due to this incident. In particular, KBS is a public broadcaster operated by tax revenue. They expressed reluctance about the paid voting.

A KBS official told Dispatch on this day, "It is not an officially conducted matter by the production company. It was conducted unilaterally by the company related to OST promotion."

They added, "(Drama OST) singers are not selected through voting. The order is that the OST production company selects the singer and shares it with the production team."

Meanwhile, Aune made a comeback last month with mini album 3rd 'RUN TO YOU.'
