[Dispatch=Lee Myung-joo] Figure skating prince Cha Jun-hwan made his first step as the Shadow Monarch.

On the 7th, Cha Jun-hwan performed at the ice show "Solo Leveling On Ice" held at the indoor ice rink of Mokdong Sports Complex in Yangcheon-gu, Seoul.

He took on the role of Sung Jinwoo in this ice show. Sung Jinwoo is a character who was a rank E hunter, the weakest weapon of humanity, but grew into a Shadow Monarch after his awakening.

Most notably, his skating performance was overwhelming. Cha Jun-hwan freely carved across the ice, implementing Sung Jinwoo's growth narrative in three dimensions.

It was not only skating. He handled dialogue, acting, and musical numbers. He convincingly depicted the process of a character gradually becoming a stronger being.

He also participated in the joint production and directing of the ice show's choreography. Together with choreography director Kim Hae-jin, he assisted with choreography details in the work and the cast's skating.

His agency said, "Cha Jun-hwan demonstrated multifaceted capabilities in his first musical-format ice show challenge. Please look forward to his performance in the remaining shows."

Meanwhile, "Solo Leveling On Ice" starring Cha Jun-hwan will run at the Mokdong ice rink until the 17th.
