[Dispatch=Reporter Park Hye-jin] Stray Kids' Changbin is spending his birthday in a meaningful way through giving. He donated 100 million won for pediatric patients.
On the 11th, Changbin's birthday, he delivered a total of 100 million won in donations to Samsung Seoul Hospital. The funds will be used to support treatment costs for pediatric patients and emotional support programs for patient families.
Changbin said, "Thanks to the tremendous love sent by fans, I was able to practice meaningful sharing on my birthday," giving credit to his fans.
He added, "I sincerely hope that my heart reaches places in need and becomes a small beacon of hope and warm comfort."
Changbin practices donations every year. On his birthday last year, he supported surgery and treatment costs for vulnerable pediatric patients. Together with members, he made donations to support wildfire damage recovery in the Gyeongnam and Gyeongbuk regions and fire damage recovery in Hong Kong.
In 2023, he delivered emergency relief funds for the Turkey and Syria earthquake through international relief organization The Promise. He also registered his name on the 'Honors Club.'
Meanwhile, Stray Kids released the mini album 'THIS & THAT' on the 7th. On the 29th and 30th, they will enter the Tokyo National Stadium with their new world tour 'RUN IT'. This marks a first record for an overseas male artist.
