Flare U, Shines at Gwangju Champ…First Debut Ceremonial Pitch and First Pitch Appearance

[Dispatch=Reporter Lee Myeong-joo] Flare U takes on first pitch and first bat duties since debut.

Flare U will serve as first pitch and first bat hitters at the Kia Tigers versus Samsung Lions match held on the 12th at Gwangju Kia Champions Field in Buk-gu, Gwangju-Jeonnam.

This is the first time the two have challenged first pitch and first bat duties. Wearing Kia uniforms, they bring positive energy to the team with their distinctive bright energy.

Kang Woo-jin takes on the first pitch. He said, "I'm so happy and delighted to be throwing the first pitch for Kia. I hope the team achieves good results in the remaining games."

Chuei Li Yu steps up to the plate as first batter. "I'm nervous since it's my first time, but I'm very excited. I'll deliver good energy and spirit to the players," he said.

Flare U debuted in May with their first mini album 'YOUTH ERROR'. Since then, they have been actively working back and forth between Korea and abroad.

They will attend Fubon Guardians' 'Fubon Guardians High School' event on the 6th of next month. On the 9th, they will release their first Japanese album 'YOUTH ERROR' Japan Edition.
