The Korea Aerospace Administration announced on the 14th via official SNS, "BIGBANG has been appointed as the inaugural promotional ambassador for the Korea Aerospace Administration to share interest and dreams regarding Korean aerospace with more citizens."

Korea Aerospace Administration Chief Oh Tae-seok revealed the reason, stating, "We selected BIGBANG as promotional ambassadors to create new challenges in Korean aerospace together with the public."

In particular, the fifth launch of the Nuri rocket is scheduled for the second half of this year. Through the 'Dream Capsule Project,' which sends citizens' dreams and messages of support to space, the administration plans to build greater consensus.

BIGBANG's side conveyed, "We find it meaningful to be together as the inaugural promotional ambassadors in this new chapter of Korean aerospace history."

The Korea Aerospace Administration stated, "We plan to introduce future visions and major aerospace projects more accessibly with BIGBANG, and will conduct various forms of communication to help the public feel closer to space."

Meanwhile, BIGBANG will release a new song 'BiiiG' on the 19th to commemorate their 20th debut anniversary. The word 'BIG,' which means 'massive,' has added meaning through the addition of 'i'.
