[Dispatch=Yuha Nael] Xdinary Heroes (hereinafter 'Xdinary Heroes') has canceled a fan meeting scheduled for next month. Some schedules have been affected following leader Gunil's departure.

JYP Entertainment announced on the 14th via SNS, "We are taking seriously the concerns of fans regarding Xdinary Heroes' future activities," adding "We are reorganizing our schedule to ensure stable team activities."

The company decided to cancel Xdinary Heroes' third fan meeting 'THE X-TOWN'. The fan meeting was scheduled to take place on August 18-20 at Korea University's Hwajung Sports Complex.

Xdinary Heroes also announced on the 13th the cancellation of its appearance at the Japanese music festival 'Summersonic 2026'. However, future activities are expected to proceed according to the existing plan without disruption.

The company said, "We sincerely apologize to fans who have waited for the fan meeting for a long time," and "We apologize once again for the concerns and disappointment caused by this sudden situation."

A netizen posted on SNS on the 11th claiming to be Gunil's ex-girlfriend and disclosed his past. The person claimed that the individual in the audio file was Gunil and made insulting remarks and derogatory statements toward fans.

The company announced, "We judged it difficult to continue team activities (with Gunil). By mutual agreement, we decided to terminate the exclusive contract." Xdinary Heroes will continue activities as a five-member group going forward.

Gunil conveyed his position on the fan communication platform Bubble, stating "I wanted to remain as Xdinary Heroes until the end, and I wanted to protect the six-member Xdinary Heroes," and "However, I have decided to inevitably accept the company's decision."

He added, "I was unable to fulfill my dream of performing at Wembley, but I will support the members from one step behind so they can achieve that dream."
