[Dispatch=Yuha Cheon] KATSEYE swept global charts with their new album.

According to the latest UK Official Charts (August 21-27), KATSEYE's third EP 'Wild' took second place on the Official Albums Chart. This surpasses the previous record of 'Beautiful Chaos' (55th place), marking the team's best performance to date.

On the Official Singles Top 100, the pre-released track 'Animal' ranked 12th. This represents a four-step climb from the previous week and sets a new team high. The title track 'Hootie Frutti' (16th place) and B-side 'Bel Air' (97th place) also charted successfully.

Strong performance continued on Spotify. 'Animal' reached 10th place on the Weekly Top Songs Global (August 14-20). This marks a five-step jump from the previous week. 'Hootie Frutti' ranked 18th on the same chart.

Foreign media reaction has been enthusiastic. Billboard US introduced 'Wild' as "only six tracks but full of temptation, heartbreak from separation, and chaos." GQ named KATSEYE as one of 11 teams "shaking up the 2026 playlist."

KATSEYE released 'Wild' on the 14th. The new album contains the members' story of moving toward instinct and freedom. Breaking away from others' perspectives and predetermined frameworks, they openly expressed their emotions, desires, and individuality.
