With their 10th anniversary, this time they focused on the color they can best showcase rather than new variations. They have presented various forms of 'Neo' so far. They have crossed various genres centered on hip-hop. They challenged new concepts and performances each time. The new album shows the present of NCT 127 after that journey. Starting with 'Seoul', they led with intense hip-hop sound and performance. They pulled out their most authentic look right now from the spectrum they have broadened. With that certain color, they even filled the absence of members. Since Doyoung and Jungwoo are in military service, five members are active. However, Taeyong confidently said, "With five members, we will show record-breaking performance. We prepared more diligently so that the absence of the two members is not felt at all." NCT 127's agency held a press conference on the 24th at Sky 31 in Songpa-gu, Seoul to commemorate the release of their regular 7th album 'Blingy'. 'Blingy' is a 10th anniversary album. Taeyong explained, "We combined the Seoul map and green color similar to the official color. It was an intention to reclaim our original spirit." They put special effort into promotion. The main slogan is 'CALL 127'. The teaser depicted seven jets flying in one direction. Haechan said, "It expresses members who spent time in their respective places coming together to Seoul after receiving the call from Czennies (fandom name)," and introduced, "We return to Seoul, our starting point, and become problem-solvers again, and whenever fans call, we will run anywhere.
