[Dispatch=Reporter Gu Min-ji] BTS's world tour continues its box office success.

Billboard released its latest box score on the 28th. BTS ranked 2nd on the 'Top Tours' chart with its July world tour 'ARIRANG' (BTS WORLD TOUR ARIRANG).

'ARIRANG' achieved approximately 141.4 billion won ($102.5 million) in revenue over one month. This is the second-highest performance, following global R&B artist The Weeknd's approximately 171.6 billion won ($124.4 million).

Particularly noteworthy is the number of performances. In July, BTS held 8 concerts, while The Weeknd held 16. BTS generated comparable revenue with less than half the number of shows.

Billboard also noted the consistent high revenue. "BTS is the third artist in history to exceed $100 million in monthly revenue over multiple months, following Beyoncé and Bad Bunny," it reported.

All of BTS's July concerts ranked in the top 10 of 'Top Box Score' (3rd, 5th-7th places). In Paris alone, the group drew 185,000 attendees. It generated approximately 42.2 billion won in ticket revenue.

According to Billboard's analysis, BTS recorded approximately 599.8 billion won ($433.2 million) in revenue from 38 performances through August 11. A total of 2.3 million tickets were sold.

The group also surpassed its own previous record. The revenue from 'LOVE YOURSELF', BTS's previous largest-scale world tour (approximately 295.2 billion won), has been exceeded.

'ARIRANG' continues its long run. It recorded 92nd place on the UK 'Official Albums Top 100' (August 28-September 3), maintaining its chart position for 23 weeks. It is recording the team's longest consecutive chart run each week.

On Spotify's 'Weekly Top Albums Global' (compiled: August 21-27), it ranks 2nd, maintaining the top 3 for five months. 'Swim' ranks 10th on 'Weekly Top Songs Global', entering the top 10 for 23 weeks.
