[Dispatch=Reporter Lee A-jin] Singer Mark has announced legal action against malicious posts.

Upper Room stated on its official SNS on the 2nd, "We plan to take legal measures against malicious posts and comments that constitute cyber bullying."

The targets are posts and comments involving malicious slander, groundless false information, and infringement of personal rights. The agency has been continuously monitoring the posts.

The agency stated, "Currently, the artist is more concerned about the emotional pain and stress that fans may experience from such malicious posts than about himself."

It added, "We promise to do our best to ensure that only beautiful interactions between the artist and fans through music will continue going forward."

Mark terminated his exclusive contract with SM Entertainment in April. He also concluded his NCT activities and embarked on his solo venture. In June, he established Upper Room, a one-person agency.

Meanwhile, Mark will release his new single "My Friend" on the 10th.
