[Dispatch=Lee Myeong-ju] Actor Lee Jong-suk is withdrawing from the drama he was set to lead.

Ace Factory stated to Dispatch on the 3rd, "Lee Jong-suk had been preparing to appear in 'Lee Seop's Romance,' but after sufficient discussion, we have reached final agreement not to proceed together."

'Lee Seop's Romance' is a project that Lee Jong-suk participated in from the planning and development stage. As production and filming schedules were delayed and affected his upcoming schedule, the decision to withdraw was made.

'A Subtle Lie,' which shares the same universe, is proceeding as originally planned. Lee Jun-hyuk will take on the role of Tae Jun-seop, the grandson of the TK Group, presenting another narrative.

Meanwhile, 'Lee Seop's Romance' is an office romance based on the web novel of the same name by screenwriter Kim Eon-hee. It will be produced simultaneously with 'A Subtle Lie' within the year.

Actor Lee Jong-suk had been preparing to appear in <Lee Seop's Romance>, thinking through the project over a long period from the planning and development stage. However, as production and filming schedules were adjusted from the original plan, coordination with his upcoming schedule became difficult.
