[Dispatch=Reporter Lee Myeong-joo] NIJU is resuming activities in Korea. They are releasing their first domestic mini album.
JYP Entertainment announced on the 7th, "NIJU will release their Korean mini album 'Sour Grapes' on the 28th and make a comeback."
It has been approximately 1 year and 6 months since they released new music in Korea. NIJU unveiled their second single 'LOVE LINE' in March of last year.
Related video footage has also been released. Members each enjoyed grapes in their own ways. Grape jelly, grape soft candy, grape mukbang, and grape juice all appeared.
The scene shifted. NIJU eagerly ate grapes piled high at a banquet hall. Afterwards, someone trampling on grapes raised questions.
They have released a total of 2 singles in Korea. Their respective title tracks 'HEARTRIS' and 'LOVE LINE' ranked first on music broadcasts.
They also achieved success in Japan. Their Japanese EP second album 'Good Girl but Not for You' topped the Oricon weekly album rankings and weekly combined album rankings.
They also acquired the Japan Record Association Gold Disk certification with their first best album 'Portfolio'. They also held solo arena tours and dome tours.
Meanwhile, NIJU will release 'Sour Grapes' at 6 p.m. on the 28th.
