[Dispatch=Reporter Gu Min-ji] Jungkook of BTS continues to demonstrate his solo power.

According to global audio and music streaming platform Spotify, Jungkook's self-composed song "Still With You" surpassed 500 million cumulative streams on the 6th.

This marks his sixth 500 million streaming milestone. He has achieved the same record with "Seven," "Standing Next to You," "Left and Right," "3D," and "Dreamers." "Seven" has now surpassed 3 billion streams.

"Still With You" was released in June 2020. Ahead of BTS's 7th anniversary debut, it was Jungkook's self-composed track initially released free on SoundCloud.

It was officially released as a music track in July 2023. On July 15 of the same year, it charted at No. 33 on the U.S. Billboard "Global (excluding U.S.)" and No. 62 on "Global 200."

That is not all. The song swept the No. 1 spot on iTunes "Top Songs" charts across 83 countries and regions worldwide, including the United States, Canada, Germany, and France. It received overwhelming support from global fans.

The song is characterized by the wistful sound of rain at the beginning and a melancholic jazz-style melody. Jungkook's sweet and soft vocals added to complete a comfortable atmosphere.

Jungkook has achieved consecutive successes with his solo releases "Seven," "3D," and "Standing Next to You." He solidified his position as a global pop star. He has also performed on global stages including the World Cup.

"Seven" ranked No. 1 on Billboard's main song chart "Hot 100," "Global 200," and "Global (excluding U.S.)." Jungkook became the first K-pop solo artist to simultaneously top all three charts.

Jungkook has four songs with over 1 billion streams on Spotify. This is also the highest number among Korean solo artists.
