[Dispatch=Reporter Lee A Jin] Evan captivated domestic and international fans with his new release.

According to HanterChart, Evan's mini album 'DEATH OF ME' sold 461,488 copies on its release day, the 7th. It topped the daily album chart.

The album is also making waves on music streaming charts. The title track 'DEATH OF ME' reached the top of the Bugs real-time chart immediately after release. It entered Melon's 'Hot 100' at number 5.

The overseas response is also strong. The album took the number 1 spot on iTunes' 'Top Albums' chart in 10 countries and regions. They include Brazil, Indonesia, Thailand, and Turkey.

'DEATH OF ME' is an album that conveys the will to move forward amid emotions intertwined in many ways. Evan led the production and poured his own story into it.

On the 7th, Evan held a fan showcase at Kyung Hee University's Peace Hall in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul. He presented a total of 5 songs, including the title track.

He said, "I feel incredibly relieved and happy to present the album I've prepared for a long time to the world and to see my fans. I hope you will anticipate and follow along as I have much more to show you."

Meanwhile, Evan begins his full-fledged activities starting with Mnet's 'M Countdown' on the 10th.
