[Dispatch=Reporter Jung Tae-yoon] Actor Baek Seon-ho has won his exclusive contract dispute with his former agency C.J.E.S Studio.
His legal representative, Law Firm Beophjeong, stated on the 9th, "We announce that Baek Seon-ho has received a 'favorable verdict' from the court regarding the exclusive contract termination confirmation lawsuit he has been pursuing against his former agency."
Baek Seon-ho's side proceeded with the lawsuit to clarify the legal relationship regarding future activities. The court determined that the exclusive contract between Baek Seon-ho and his former agency has terminated and that no exclusive contract relationship exists any longer.
Baek Seon-ho enlisted in December of last year and is currently serving in the military. During his service, he released the Netflix series 'Girigo'. He rose to rising star status by playing 'Gun-woo', who is popular among friends.
His legal representative added, "Actor Baek Seon-ho plans to faithfully complete his remaining service and then prepare for new works and activities as an actor. We will do our best to repay with sincere activities."
Meanwhile, Baek Seon-ho was preparing for an idol debut at C.J.E.S Studio. In 2023, he began acting activities through Channel A's 'Men and Women'. He has been active in Tving's 'Good or Bad Dong-jae' and 'Dear X'.
