[Dispatch=Reporter Lee Ah-Jin] NiziU is reaching out to domestic fans with their first mini album.

JYP Entertainment announced on the 15th, "NiziU will release their first mini album 'Sour Grapes' on the 28th."

The album contains a total of 5 tracks. These include the title track of the same name, 'Petal's Song', 'emoji', 'Into The Dawn', and 'Lullaby'.

The title track was inspired by the Aesop's fable 'The Fox and the Grapes'. The track list image is also decorated with illustrations that evoke the fable.

Familiar subject matter and emotions have been reinterpreted from NiziU's perspective. Each track connects like one story, completing a single musical fairy tale.

NiziU held an arena tour of 12 shows across 5 regions in Japan this year. They also performed at Kyocera Dome Osaka and Tokyo Dome.

Meanwhile, NiziU will release their new album on various music sites at 6 p.m. on the 28th.
