[Dispatch=Reporter Kim Ji-ho] The exclusive contract between EXO's Chen·Baekhyun·Xiumin and their agency INB100 (CEO Cha Ga-won) has been suspended.

The Seoul Central District Court, Civil Division 50 (Presiding Judge Lee Sang-hoon), issued a decision on the 15th granting the provisional injunction application filed by Chen·Baekhyun·Xiumin to suspend the effectiveness of their exclusive contract with INB100.

The court stated, "INB100 had an obligation under the contract to make settlement payments, but did not do so," and ruled that "the exclusive contract effectiveness is suspended until the first-instance judgment in the main case is pronounced."

It further stated, "The mutual trust relationship has been broken due to INB100's fault," and "the fundamental trust relationship that forms the foundation of the contract has collapsed. It is no longer possible to maintain a normal exclusive relationship."

Going forward, INB100 must not enter into contracts with third parties against Chen·Baekhyun·Xiumin's wishes, nor interfere with their independent entertainment activities.

Attorney Shim Gyu-hwang (Law Offices Shin-A), representing Chen·Baekhyun·Xiumin in the exclusive contract lawsuit, stated, "Representative Cha Ga-won did not appoint legal counsel nor did he submit any separate written materials."

INB100 is an entertainment company established by Baekhyun in June 2023. It was incorporated into One Hundred Label, founded by Cha Ga-won, in May 2024.

CEO Cha Ga-won is from a real estate development company background and co-founded One Hundred Label with MC Mong in 2023. However, in less than three years, the label itself has faced a crisis of dissolution.

Multiple artists including Lee Seung-gi, Lee Mu-jin, THE BOYZ, and SHINee's Taemin have notified the company of exclusive contract terminations while claiming non-payment of settlement funds.

Cha Ga-won was arrested last month on the 3rd on suspicion of violations of the Act on Aggravated Punishment for Specific Economic Crimes (fraud, etc.). He is suspected of proposing IP projects for affiliated celebrities to a corporation called Normus and receiving advance payments of 24.2 billion won, but did not execute the project.
