[Dispatch=Reporter Park Hye-jin] Actor Byeon Woo-seok has announced strong measures in response to repeated privacy violations.
'Baros Entertainment' stated on the 19th via SNS, "Cases have been consistently confirmed of visits to unofficial schedules and movement locations of the artist at recent filming sites and airports, or following the artist's route."
The agency requested refraining from on-site visits. "For the safety and privacy protection of the artist and smooth on-site operations, please refrain from visiting all schedules and movement locations outside of the fan participation schedules officially announced by our company," it requested.
In particular, cases have occurred where people have visited private spaces such as the residences of managers and related staff in order to determine the artist's movements.
The Byeon Woo-seok side conveyed, "Please immediately cease any actions that infringe upon the artist's safety and privacy, such as improperly obtaining or sharing the artist's personal information and non-public movement information."
The agency announced legal measures if such conduct occurs again. "Please be informed that responses to repeated or serious infringement actions may occur without separate warning," it emphasized.
A representative stated, "We request your broad understanding for the safety of all, including the artist and fans. We will do our best to ensure that the artist and fans can be together in a safe environment going forward."
Meanwhile, Byeon Woo-seok is filming the Netflix series 'Solo Leveling'. It is an action fantasy drama. The story follows the weakest hunter protecting the real world, Jin (played by Byeon Woo-seok), leveling up into the strongest hunter who saves the world.
