[Dispatch=Reporter Lee A Jin] The film 'Odyssey'(directed by Christopher Nolan) has set another box office record.

According to the Korean Film Council's integrated box office system, 'Odyssey' recorded a cumulative audience of 11.24 million 62 as of 11:10 a.m. on the 21st.

It surpassed the record of 'Avengers: Infinity War' (11.23 million). It has entered the top 5 highest-grossing foreign films released domestically of all time.

It has already become the highest-grossing foreign film released in the 2020s. It surpassed the record of 'Avatar: The Way of Water' (10.82 million) on the 14th.

It also set a new domestic box office record for director Christopher Nolan. On the 11th, it surpassed the record of 'Interstellar' (10.38 million).

Meanwhile, 'Odyssey' depicts the process of Odysseus (played by Matt Damon), the hero who won victory in the Trojan War, overcoming trials and returning to his kingdom.
