On the 28th, FNC Entertainment stated, "We have confirmed cases in which threatening messages have been sent to employees in charge of Hi-Fi Unicorn, and cases in which abusive language and defamatory videos targeting artists and staff have been distributed."

The agency emphasized, "Private threats against others, insults to personal dignity, and the spread of malicious false information constitute serious violations of the Information and Communications Network Act and obstruction of business."

The company added, "If cases of threatening employees or distributing malicious content targeting artists are confirmed, we plan to forcibly withdraw membership from the official fan club and permanently revoke participation rights for all scheduled events."

FNC is currently conducting ongoing monitoring through legal representatives. For threats, insults to personal dignity, and the spread of malicious fake news, the company plans to take civil and criminal legal action without leniency.

An FNC official stated, "FNC will do its best to protect the precious space created together by Hi-Fi Unicorn and all affiliated artists and fans."
