[Dispatch=Reporter Lee A-jin] Actor Jung Ye-in is joining the Netflix series 'Trauma Center'.

A Netflix official confirmed in a phone call with Dispatch on the 29th, "It is true that Jung Ye-in will appear in the subsequent season of 'Trauma Center'."

Jung Ye-in takes on the role of Cheon Jang-mi. Cheon Jang-mi is a senior nurse in the trauma surgery department at Korea University Hospital. She has a toughness that even her senior doctor Baek Gang-hyun (played by Jihoon) acknowledges.

In season 1, Ha-young played the character. However, Ha-young previously stepped back voluntarily after becoming embroiled in controversy over her great-grandfather's pro-Japanese collaboration. Jung Ye-in is filling that vacancy.

She debuted with girl group Lovelyz in 2014. In 2017, she took her first acting challenge in tvN's 'Criminal Minds'. She later appeared in web dramas such as 'The Blue Sea' and 'I Want to Become Popular'.

She is currently active in musical and theater projects. From June to August, she played the lead role of Ji-won in the play 'Flowers, Stars Pass By'.
