SM Entertainment stated on the 30th on aespa's Weverse, "Winter visited a hospital on the 29th due to symptoms of poor physical condition. Following detailed examination, she was diagnosed with shingles."

Winter showed signs of discomfort starting before the Miami, U.S. performance that day. Nevertheless, she proceeded with the performance with the will to take the stage. As her condition did not improve afterward, she sought medical care.

Following medical staff's opinion, she will not participate in today's Dallas performance. She will also not participate in Hi Bye and Sand Off events, with only Karina, Giselle, and Ningning attending.

The agency stated, "Winter has also been waiting to meet Dallas audiences, so she is very disappointed," and conveyed, "We apologize to fans for delivering this sudden news."
