[Dispatch=Reporter Jeong Tae-yun] Actors Kim Yun-seok and Koo Kyo-hwan return with a mystery film.
The film 'Blizzard' (Directors Hong Ui-jeong and Park Seon-woo) has confirmed its release for next month. It depicts a story that unfolds when a mysterious corpse is discovered before Gapsu, the stationmaster of a rural train station isolated by heavy snow, and Hyun-taek, the newly arrived replacement.
Kim Yun-seok takes on the role of stationmaster 'Gapsu'. Gapsu is approaching retirement at Seoloh Station, which he has protected his entire life. After welcoming his replacement, he faces unexpected events.
Koo Kyo-hwan plays Hyun-taek, the newly arrived railway employee. He presents a fresh face once again. Kim Yun-seok and Koo Kyo-hwan are set to create an ensemble with entirely different acting colors.
Director Hong Ui-jeong, who drew critical acclaim with his debut film 'Quietly and Natually', held the megaphone for part of it. He subtly wove humor into the suspense, completing the genre's entertainment value.
The 'Blizzard' side released a first teaser on the 1st. It captured Gapsu and Hyun-taek heading toward a tunnel for track inspection amid the quietly unfolding snowy landscape.
Hyun-taek looked around saying "nothing will happen," but the two soon discover a mysterious corpse. They even engaged in close combat saying "you killed him."
Hyun-taek meaningfully said, "I won't tell anyone what happened here." This hinted that the relationship between the two would enter another phase, adding tension.
