[Dispatch=Reporter Lee Myung-ju] Actor Lee Jae-wook becomes a young man struggling in a hellish work site.
Netflix announced on the 1st that the new original series "Sweet Part-Time" (written by Kyung Min-sun and Lee Shin-ji, directed by Kim Da-min) will premiere on the 30th.
"Sweet Part-Time" is a mystery horror. The story follows a young man who visits a temporary staffing agency that only introduces part-time jobs with hourly wages starting at 50 times the minimum wage.
Related teaser posters and trailers have also been unveiled. First, the poster captures Hyuk-Jun (played by Lee Jae-wook) in the middle of a chaotic space.
It hints at an unusual situation he faces. Among scattered objects and overturned furniture, he is covered in blood.
The trailer reveals why Hyuk-Jun went to the staffing agency. He was struggling in debt and searching for a last lifeline.
He was then offered a part-time job with an hourly wage 50 times the minimum. Tempted but suspicious of the offer, he hesitates but eventually accepts.
The part-time job is not easy. At a convenience store visited late at night, he is attacked by moths, meets a suspicious clown, and a series of eerie incidents unfold.
A representative said, "Please look forward to what happens to Hyuk-Jun, who has accepted a 'high-income, high-risk, ultra-lucrative sweet part-time job' with only attractive wages."
Meanwhile, "Sweet Part-Time" will be available on Netflix on the 30th.
