[Dispatch=Reporter Gu Min-ji] VIVIZ members Eunha, Sinbi, and Umji have found a new agency. They have signed an exclusive contract with Uncored.

On the 5th, Uncored stated, "Eunha, Sinbi, and Umji have demonstrated solid teamwork over a long time. We plan to provide full support so they can continue with active activities going forward."

The agency also announced the possibility of a group name change. "We have been in discussions with the former agency regarding the use of the existing group name, but we have not reached an agreement due to differences over the proposed conditions," it said.

The agency added, "We are prioritizing a quick and stable resumption of activities and are considering activities under a new group name as well." The group name and specific activity plans will be revealed later.

Eunha, Sinbi, and Umji debuted as the group GFRIEND in 2015. In 2022, they re-debuted as the three-member group VIVIZ. They garnered listeners' attention with tracks including "Bop Bop!" and "Maniac."

They had been active under BigPlanetMadeEn. In March, they notified of the termination of their exclusive contract. They cited reasons including failure to fulfill settlement payment obligations and failure to fulfill management support obligations.

VIVIZ won a preliminary injunction ruling in their exclusive contract dispute with BigPlanet in June. The court cited the agency's failure to pay settlement funds as the basis for the judgment.

Meanwhile, Uncored is home to CLOSE YOUR EYES.
