[Dispatch=Reporter Lee Myung-ju] Actors Ryu Seung-ryong and Park Hae-joon become two brothers like enemies.
Distributor Lotte Entertainment announced on the 6th that the film "Jeong Ga-ne" (director Kim Ji-hyun), starring Ryu Seung-ryong and Park Hae-joon, will be released on December 2.
"Jeong Ga-ne" tells the story of two brothers who have not exchanged a single word for 30 years coming together to protect a calf born like destiny as a crisis sweeps over their village.
Ryu Seung-ryong takes on the role of Man-su, the older brother who runs a ranch. The younger brother Han-jung has a stoic character. Park Hae-joon plays Byeong-su, the younger brother who regards his older brother as a rival.
Besides them, Ong Seong-u joins as Jung-hun, a new veterinarian from Hoengsan County. He plays a character busy being cautious between these brothers like enemies.
The first still has also been unveiled. It raises anticipation for another transformation by the three. Ryu Seung-ryong gazes at cattle with a deep gaze inside a barn.
Park Hae-joon has a rough expression inside a barn with a sign reading "Original Jeong Ga-ne." Ong Seong-u is full of energy like a veterinarian newly appointed to Hoengsan County.
This work is director Kim Ji-hyun's screen debut. Director Kim previously wrote the screenplay for the drama "Romantic Anonymous" and directed "Splish Splash Love."
Meanwhile, "Jeong Ga-ne" can be seen in theaters on December 2.
