[Dispatch=Reporter Lee Myung-ju] IVE has entered comeback countdown. The group stirred curiosity about the new album through unique teasing content.
Starship Entertainment unveiled a "POST CREDIT SCENE: GIRL HERO" video on IVE's SNS on the 6th.
The video runs approximately 1 minute 33 seconds. It was reminiscent of a movie opening. The members became protagonists of a hero film, revealing overwhelming visuals.
Wonyoung took on "Bat Pink," Leeseo "Spider Red," Rei "Jin Yellow," Gaeul "Wonder Green," Liz "Super Blue," and Yujin "Captain Purple."
A schedule related to the new album was also spotted. It hinted at special and diverse promotions including "Hero Training Center: Hero Comics" and "Looks Can Kill BTS."
The members gathered at the filming location could also be seen. When IVE asked Yujin, who appeared with a cookie, "What is this?", she answered "cookie video."
Unpredictable developments followed. Yujin, holding the cookie, soared into the sky, crossed a desert and snowy mountains, and arrived at "Hero IVE Training Center."
IVE is making a comeback with their fifth mini album "Looks Can Kill." The album is based on a "girl hero" concept that delivers a fatal blow by mere existence.
Top-tier songwriters from home and abroad participated in the new album. Members Gaeul, Rei, and Liz also were involved in songwriting. They added IVE's musical color.
Meanwhile, IVE will pre-release the title track sharing the album's name on the 19th. On the 26th, they will release "Looks Can Kill."
