Former LABOUM member Yujeong to marry in December... "Fiancé is a Yeouido securities man"

[Dispatch=Reporter Park Hye-jin] Yujeong, formerly of LABOUM, will marry a non-celebrity in December.

Her agency DCL Entertainment announced on the 8th, "Yujeong will hold her wedding ceremony on December 12 with her same-aged boyfriend at a location in Seoul."

The groom-to-be is a non-celebrity working in the securities industry in Yeouido. The couple has promised to become lifelong partners after about two years of dating.

Yujeong expressed her affection for her fiancé, saying, "He cherishes me like a daughter, and when we're together, my heart feels at ease and reassured—he's a wonderful person."

She also left a message for fans. "I would be truly grateful if you could support my new chapter in life with warm hearts," and "I will make efforts to live sincerely and return to you with an even better image."

Her agency stated, "We ask for warm congratulations and encouragement for Yujeong as she embarks on this meaningful new beginning in life," and "We will provide steadfast support so that she can continue with good activities after marriage."

Meanwhile, Yujeong served as leader and main vocalist of LABOUM from 2014 to 2021. She left LABOUM in September 2021. She currently works as a fifth-year MC on the Defense Media Agency's 'Comfort Train.'
