'Warm Goodbye' is a youth growth drama. The story unfolds when three unknown comedians who were running toward their dreams meet a mysterious woman. It captures the process of overcoming failure and finding their own tomorrow.
The solid production team came together with shared commitment. Director Jung Jihyun of 'Twenty-Five Twenty-One' and 'A House with a Courtyard' takes on directing. Writer An Areum of 'I've Been There Once' writes the screenplay.
Writer Yang Heeseung, who wrote 'Scandal,' 'Oh My Ghost,' and others, also participates as a creator. The team plans to address the realistic concerns of youth in a pleasant and warm manner.
Kang Hoon plays Kang Taegu, the leader of the comedy trio 'Asura.' He is a character who has endured an unknown career for 10 years. He has strong passion for comedy but faces a turning point after hitting the wall of reality.
Cho Hyunchul plays Kim Namil, the versatile member of 'Asura.' He is a character caught between a 10-year relationship with his girlfriend Nayeon (played by Moon Hee) and comedy. With his unique adroit acting, he will address realistic concerns.
Kim Jeongjin plays Han Junser, the household manager of 'Asura.' He is infinitely kind to his colleagues like family, but does not easily open his heart to others.
Yoon Gai plays Go Jiyoung, the younger sister of Go Eunyoung. She is a free spirit who is the opposite of her older sister. With her lovable charm and bright energy, she adds vitality to the drama.
The production team said, "It is a story of youth navigating failure and setback together" and "the process of each preparing their own new tomorrow will offer unique fun and realistic empathy."
Meanwhile, 'Warm Goodbye' will have its first broadcast on the 6th of next month at 10:30 p.m.
