[Dispatch=Lee Myeong-ju] KATSEYE is sweeping global music charts.

According to Spotify's latest count (Oct. 2-8), KATSEYE ranked 48th on the "Weekly Top Songs Global" with "Animal," the pre-release track from their third EP.

The song continues to gain popularity despite being released two months ago. It has remained on the chart for 11 consecutive weeks. "Animal" rose two spots from the previous week, achieving a chart reversal.

North American performance stands out as well. The track reached 112th place on Spotify's "Weekly Top Songs USA." This marks a 12-position jump from the previous chart ranking.

The title track "Hootie Frutti" has also enjoyed accompanying success. The song ranked 150th on Spotify's "Weekly Top Songs Global."

Both tracks hit in the UK as well. Based on the Official Charts (Oct. 9-15), "Animal" placed 79th on the "Singles Top 100" and "Hootie Frutti" ranked 66th.

KATSEYE is expanding their activity through concerts and major events. They begin their North American tour starting in Miami on the 14th (Korean time).

Beyond that, on the 19th they will participate as performers in the "Victoria's Secret Fashion Show" held in Los Angeles.

Meanwhile, KATSEYE debuted in the United States in 2024 under HYBE's "multi-home, multi-genre" strategy.
