[Dispatch=Reporter Lee Myung-ju] Actors Jang Nara and Kim Hye-yoon will match their acting chemistry in 'Good Partner 2'.
SBS-TV's new Friday-Saturday drama 'Good Partner 2' (written by Yuna Choi, directed by Seo Min-jung) unveiled the script reading scene on the 19th. Jang Nara, Kim Hye-yoon, Pyo Jihoon, and Park Hae-jin attended.
'Good Partner 2' is a sequel to 'Good Partner' (2024). It depicts a divorce show unfolding between representative lawyer Cha Eun-kyung (played by Jang Nara) and career lawyer Kang Hye-sung (played by Kim Hye-yoon).
The scene on the day raised anticipation. Jang Nara returned as Cha Eun-kyung, who has opened 'Law Firm Rebirth' and is preparing for a new start. She showed a more solid appearance than the previous season.
Kim Hye-yoon took on the role of Kang Hye-sung, a fifth-year career lawyer. She is someone with excellent quick-wittedness and relentless tenacity. She displays a woman-to-woman dynamic with Cha Eun-kyung through bold passion.
Pyo Jihoon returns again as Jeon Eun-ho. He left Dae Jung and became a new member of Rebirth. In season 2, he will work as a "human interpreter" who releases Cha Eun-kyung's direct way of speaking.
Park Hae-jin plays Park Tae-soo, representative lawyer and rival of Rebirth at 'Law Firm Tae-soo'. He and Cha Eun-kyung are university classmates. They will compete for the number one position in the divorce industry.
The production team explained, "Season 2 becomes even stronger. The process of lawyers with different strategies solving cases in their own ways unfolds interestingly."
They added, "There is a new partner and rival as well," and said, "Please look forward to the new fun of season 2 created by more varied relationships among characters," urging viewers to tune in.
Meanwhile, 'Good Partner 2' will air for the first time on the 20th of next month at 9:50 p.m.
