[Dispatch=Reporter Jeong Tae-yun] TWICE's Dahyun and actor Cha U-min are breathing together in a fresh first love romance.
The film "Clouds Rolling" depicts the story of a bright girl who has spent her entire life in a wheelchair and a swimming prospect boy carrying an untold wound becoming special to each other.
Director Choi Sun-min is taking the helm. She participated in co-directing JTBC's "King the Land," "She's Different Day and Night," and "Waiting for Gyeongdo."
Dahyun takes on the role of "Cloud." Cloud is a character who has lived in a wheelchair her entire seventeen years due to lower body paralysis. She is bright and has high self-esteem, enough to boast her flamboyant pink wheelchair.
She is active in the art department. One day, wanting to see and draw a swimmer's muscles directly, she visits the school swimming pool. There she meets "Jun-san."
Cha U-min plays Jun-san, a swimming prospect. Jun-san has striking looks and excellent physical condition, but harbors complexes and inner wounds he cannot easily reveal to others.
As he grows closer to Cloud, he undergoes gradual changes. However, even as he feels affection for Cloud, he cannot easily open his heart due to the self-reproach he has built up over a long time.
Dahyun has continued her acting activities through "That Year, the Girl We Loved," "Full Sprint," and "Love Me." Cha U-min made his presence known through "Treasure Island," "Study Group," and "My Dearest."
The production team said, "We ask you to look forward to how the two actors with different charms will portray the excitement and growing pains of first love." "Clouds Rolling" aims for release next year.
