[Dispatch=Lee Myung-ju Reporter] The film "Snowfall" (directed by Hong Ui-jung) will be released next month.
Distributor Showbox announced on the 21st, "Snowfall, which has drawn attention for the meeting of Kim Yun-seok and Koo Kyo-hwan, has confirmed its theatrical release on November 18."
"Snowfall" is a mystery drama. Set against the backdrop of an isolated rural train station, the story unfolds as a station master facing retirement and his successor discover a corpse.
The main trailer has also been unveiled. A scene shows Gab-su (Kim Yun-seok) preparing for his final shift. He received a call that his successor's arrival would be delayed.
However, Hyun-taek (played by Koo Kyo-hwan) has arrived at the station office. During the handover process, they discover a mysterious corpse and rush to Seol-o Station.
The two men clashed over whether to report to the police. Gab-su pointed a gun at Hyun-taek, who insisted, "We have to report to the police." A police officer trapped by heavy snow also appeared.
Their relationship between Gab-su and Hyun-taek raised questions. Whether Hyun-taek is actually the real successor, and what the identity of the deceased found and the perpetrator might be heightened curiosity.
Meanwhile, "Snowfall" can be viewed at domestic theaters on the 18th of next month.
