HYBE Music stated on the 22nd, "We have confirmed that false information and malicious rumors are being indiscriminately spread on overseas SNS and online communities. We have been taking necessary measures and responses internally."

The agency has refrained from issuing separate notices and comments to prevent rumors from unnecessarily respreading. However, ahead of a comeback, the agency determined that malicious rumors and posts aimed at defaming the artist have reached a serious level.

The agency announced additional response measures. The TXT side conveyed, "We are currently collecting evidence regarding related posts on domestic and overseas platforms and clearly state that we will take strong legal measures without any leniency or settlement."

They continued, "We are responding strictly to malicious posts regardless of the channel, including SNS and online communities," and requested, "We ask fans to report and provide information about illegal posts so that indiscriminate rumors and information are not spread."

Finally, they added, "We urge active reports through the HIVE artist rights violation report site (protect.hybecorp.com). We will do our best to protect artists and prevent similar damage from recurring."
