[Dispatch=Reporter Lee Myung-ju] Singer Yoon Ha has ended her relationship with her agency after 14 years together.
Yoon Ha's legal representative, law firm Ilo, announced on the 26th, "Yoon Ha notified her agency C9 Entertainment of the termination of her exclusive contract last month."
The reason for termination is unpaid settlement funds. Settlement funds earned by Yoon Ha from entertainment activities were not paid. She requested correction, but it was not complied with.
According to the legal representative, C9 Entertainment also acknowledged through official correspondence that the exclusive contract between the two parties was terminated effective the 14th of last month.
As a result, Yoon Ha's exclusive contract with her former agency has ended. However, the legal matter regarding the unpaid settlement funds Yoon Ha has not received remains unresolved.
A lawsuit has already been filed. The legal representative stated, "The unpaid settlement funds will be sorted out carefully within the procedures set by law."
Yoon Ha has been actively engaged in music activities as a C9 Entertainment artist since 2012. She announced news of contract renewal in January of last year.
Meanwhile, Yoon Ha will continue her music activities separately from this incident.
