TWS, Changes in 'Two Us'... "We Embraced the Shadow of Youth"

[Dispatch=Lee Myung-ju Reporter] TWS presents deeper and more refined music.

TWS will release their second single "TO US" on music platforms at 6 p.m. on the 2nd of next month. It is an album that shifts perspective from the world to one's inner self.

Since their debut in January 2024, they have depicted the growth process of youth. Through their own genre "boyhood pop," they delivered music that showcased fresh appeal.

This new album attempts change. It contains without reservation the concerns and trial and error members have faced, as well as nervousness and hesitation before taking the stage.

Depth has been added to the story. The agency explained, "The honest thoughts TWS has cherished in their hearts serve as a compass that runs through the entire new album."

The title track is "Call My Name." It is a song delivered to 42, the fanbase name, who always believe in and support TWS. Members Young Jae, Shin Yu, and Do Hoon participated in writing the lyrics.

The members' determination and courage are woven into the lyrics. The lyrics "I put all of myself on the stage, on the stage / Throw myself fearlessly" are delivered with sincerity.

The sound texture has also become more refined. Jazz pianist Yoon Suk-chul's piano performance is added on top of the "boyhood pop" foundation, further maximizing the lyrical quality of the song.

The B-sides also catch attention. "WE UP" brings out TWS's confidence. "Heavy" conveys warm comfort to youth tired from the weight of the world.

A representative stated, "TWS embraces both light and shadow" and expressed anticipation that "through matured 'boyhood pop,' they will expand their horizons once again."

Meanwhile, they recently completed their second concert tour "24/7:FOR:YOU" at Kaohsiung Arena in Taiwan.
