"We'll take the year-end stage in Japan"…CORTIS to appear on 'FNS Kayosai'

[Dispatch=Park Hye-jin Reporter] CORTIS plans to captivate local fans through year-end music festivals ahead of their official debut in Japan.

CORTIS will appear on the first day of Fuji TV's '2026 FNS Kayosai' next month on the 2nd. They will perform live on stage.

'FNS Kayosai' is a special year-end program representative of Japan alongside NHK's 'Kohaku Uta Gassen'. Artists loved throughout the year appear on the program.

CORTIS has already built achievements in Japan. Their mini album second edition 'Green Green' went straight to the top of the Oricon 'Daily Album Ranking' on the first day of release in May.

In Billboard Japan's 'Hot Albums', they reached a peak of 4th place (counting period May 4-10). They surpassed 100,000 cumulative shipments in the local market and received Gold certification from the Japan Record Association.

They proved the local response through performances as well. Their first tour 'Foot Your Pon Down' held in September at Kanagawa Pia Arena MM sold out all three shows.

For Japan's four major rock music festival 'Rock In Japan Festival 2026', they were invited as the sole K-pop artist.

CORTIS will appear at the 'Melon Music Awards' held on the 15th at Seoul Gocheok Skydome and 'Mama Awards' on the 20th-21st at Kyocera Dome Osaka in Japan.
