[Dispatch=Reporter Lee Myung-ju] ENHYPEN is suffering from privacy violations. They have even fallen victim to personal phone number leaks.

Belift Lab posted a notice titled "Guidance on Stern Response to Artist Personal Information Leaks and Stalking Behavior" on Weverse, a global fan communication platform, on the 3rd.

Member Jay has been a victim of privacy violations and stalking crimes by a specific sasaeng since June.

The sasaeng in question initially approached by impersonating an employee at an internet and TV installation service center. They attempted to obtain Jay's personal information or tried to make additional contact.

They even made unauthorized recordings of conversations with Jay and distributed them on KakaoTalk, SNS, and other platforms. After the criminal acts were made public, the sasaeng deleted their account and is evading responsibility.

Belift Lab stated, "We recognize this case as a serious situation where concerns exist about additional damage from personal information leaks beyond privacy violations of the artist."

In connection with this case, a criminal complaint has been filed with police. The agency stated the reason for the complaint as "causing mental distress and anxiety. The nature of the crime is malicious."

The agency also extended thanks to fans who provided tips. "We deeply appreciate the fans who have worked to protect the artist. We ask for your continued active tips," they said.

Finally, they emphasized, "We will respond with zero tolerance and strong measures against stalking and illegal leaks of personal information that threaten the artist's safety."

ENHYPEN took legal action against some sasaengs last year as well. These individuals committed crimes by hiring delivery workers or drivers to break into residences.

The agency said at the time, "We have proceeded with criminal procedures with secured evidence materials such as CCTV footage," and "After reporting several stalking perpetrators, police investigations are underway."

Meanwhile, ENHYPEN will release the spin-off single "The Shim: Parallel World" on the 20th.
